How to Delete Your Rondo Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Rondo account and all associated content: Step 1: Access Settings
1. Open the Rondo app on your device
2. Navigate to the Settings menu (typically found in your profile or main menu) Step 2: Go to Account Settings
1. In the Settings menu, tap on Account
2. This will open your account management options Step 3: Access Deletion Options
1. In the Account menu, scroll down and tap on Deactivate or delete account
2. You'll see two options:
• Deactivate Account: Temporarily hides your account (can be reactivated later)
• Delete account: Permanently removes your account and all content Step 4: Choose Permanent Deletion
1. Tap on Delete account
2. This will permanently delete your account and all content stored in it Step 5: Select Reason (Optional)
You'll be asked to select a reason for deleting your account. Choose from:
• I have multiple accounts
• Too busy/too distracting
• Too many irrelevant ads
• Safety/Privacy concerns
• Trouble getting started
• Something else Step 6: Confirm Deletion
1. After selecting your reason, tap the blue Delete Account button
2. You may be prompted to re-authenticate for security purposes Step 7: Final Authentication
For security, you'll need to confirm your identity by logging in with one of these methods:
• Log in with Apple
• Log in with Google ⚠️ Important Notes
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. ALL data will be permanently deleted including:
• Your profile information and account details
• All messages and conversations
• Photos, videos, and media files
• Contact lists and connections
• Usage data and preferences
• Any other personal information stored in your account Data deletion timeline: All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion You will not be able to recover your account or any associated content after deletion. If you only want to take a break, consider using the "Deactivate Account" option instead. Alternative: Account Deactivation
If you're unsure about permanent deletion, you can temporarily deactivate your account. This option:
• Hides your account and content from other users
• Allows you to reactivate and recover all content anytime
